If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

The following terms are applicable for any product that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

1. Company (referred to as We, Us, or Our in this agreement) refers to Come & Communicate SL.

2. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

3. Orders refer to a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

4. Service refers to the Website.

5. Website refers to Marketingueros, accessible from https://marketingueros.es.

6. You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Membership Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your membership within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling your membership is 7 days from the date on which you made the order or payment (whichever comes first).

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your membership cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation Conditions

In order for the Orders to be eligible for a cancellation, make sure to request a service cancellation within 7 days from the day your Order was made or payment was taken.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any membership that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced memberships will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale memberships cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
